The First Christian Early Center is for children 3 to 5 years. The FCC Early Learning Center is an educational program designed to encourage a lifetime of learning. We strive to build a fun-filled learning environment that will help prepare your child for Kindergarten. Our teachers have a background in education and are ready to introduce your young one to the joy of learning! The program meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 2:00 pm. The Early Learning Center will follow the Roane County School calendar for holiday and summer breaks.

Children and Youth Ministry at First Christian Church
Wednesdays are all about the Children & Youth on Wednesday Night Live. Wednesday Night Live is from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The night begins with dinner, and then we break into classes. We have something for children ages four years through 12th grade. Please note: For the fall semester of 2020, our Wednesday Night Live experiences will be virtual.
Throughout the year, we have opportunities for fellowship and growing in faith for children and youth. Activities include Vacation Bible School, serving a free meal at the "Love Kitchen," playing games, Baptism/Discipleship Class, Summer church camp, mission trips, mural painting, ice skating, caroling at a local nursing home and MORE!
At First Christian Church, children are seen and heard. We believe that young people are not just our future. They are part of the Church today! We offer different ways for children & youth to grow in faith. Children are welcome to stay in worship with their families. We also provide a nursery & a Children's Worship. Our worship time for children is called Worship & Wonder. Worship & Wonder is a Montessori based worship experience that invites children to engage with the Bible stories.
